Winter Rentals
In October, November, December short rental periods are available.

Deposit Policy
Reservations require a 50% payment with the balance due one month prior to your arrival.
Payment can be made by either check or money order. Credit cards will be accepted for last minute bookings.

Security Deposits
A Security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned 30 days after your departure less
any additional charges that may be incurred for damages or excess cleaning. Proper notification
will be given in the event of any additional charges that may arise upon your departure.
