Seasonal Rentals
Short stays are available in Spring, Fall and Winter.

Deposit Policy
2 or 3 payments can be made with final payment due 1 month prior to your arrival.
Payment can be made by either check or money order. Credit cards can be used and will require an extra fee.

Security Deposits
A Security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned no later than 30 days after your departure.
Proper notification will be given in the event of any additional charges that may arise upon your departure.
